We are delighted if you choose to play QT FM in your commercial premises. However, please be aware of your legal responsibilities regarding public broadcast.

Our broadcast licence covers our right to transmit music to you. It does not cover a business's right to play that music in a public setting. In the UK, businesses playing background music (from any source, including internet radio) are legally required to hold the appropriate public performance licences from organisations such as PPL and PRS for Music.

Ensuring your premises are properly licenced for public music performance remains entirely your responsibility.

Competitions & Promotions

From time to time, we may run competitions on our website or on-air. These will be governed by their own specific rules, which will be published alongside the competition details. These general Terms of Service will continue to apply in addition to any specific promotional rules.

2. User Conduct

We expect all listeners to respect our community. When interacting with our site, player, or contacting our team, you agree that you will not:

The names "QT FM" and "QT FM STUDIOS", alongside our logos, website design, and all original text and visual content, are the exclusive intellectual property of QT FM STUDIOS. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these assets without our explicit written consent.

The Music

We broadcast audio content legally under the appropriate UK broadcast licences. However, you do not own the music. These Terms do not grant you any rights to copy, download, sell, or redistribute the audio you hear. The copyright for all musical works and sound recordings remains solely with the respective artists, record labels, and publishers.
