• Audio Delivery: We require your IP address to successfully transmit the live audio stream to your specific device.
• Local Services: We use your approximate location to request weather data from Open-Meteo and BigDataCloud. This is processed instantaneously on your device and is not stored on our servers.
• Analytics & Security: To keep our site secure, prevent fraud, and understand general listener trends.

4. Roku & Connected TV Privacy

Roku may collect platform-level data, including your search history, device identifiers, and streaming habits across all channels. We do not control Roku's data collection practices. 5. Data Security & Retention

We have strong security measures in place to keep your data safe and prevent accidental loss, unauthorised access, or alteration. We only hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to satisfy legal, accounting, and reporting requirements.

6. Advertising & Cookies

We use Google AdSense on our website to serve ads, which helps keep our radio stream free for listeners. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other websites.

• Streaming Infrastructure: Our audio streams and metadata are hosted by Kane Productions.
• Weather APIs: Meteorological data is provided by Open-Meteo.
• News & Sport: Syndicated via public RSS feeds from BBC News and Sky Sports.

These external sites have their own privacy policies, and we do not accept responsibility or liability for their practices.
